And while the strike is intended to show just how much work women do, and is ultimately one of the biggest shows of force this week, that doesn’t mean every woman has the ability or resources to take a day off work. Thankfully, there are plenty of ways to take action against Trump before, after, and during this Wednesday. Without further ado, here they are: MONDAY (TODAY) Community Mondays with the Collective Kitchen Mayday Space 176 St. Nicholas Ave., Bushwick 5pm – 9pm FREE Each Monday, Mayday Space hosts a communal dinner. The weekly meal is designed to help people get to know the space, which hosts dozens of activist events each week, build community, and cook a meal together.
